Terms of Service

By accessing and using Rapid Builder ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
Rapid Builder is a platform that automates the creation and deployment of SaaS projects by generating GitHub repositories, configuring Supabase, and deploying to Vercel.
Rapid Builder provides the following services:
- Automated GitHub repository creation from templates
- Automatic Supabase project configuration and setup
- Vercel deployment automation (Pro plan)
- Resend email service configuration
- Project management and monitoring tools
- Template marketplace and presets
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account using your GitHub credentials. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Updating your information as necessary
3.2 Account Security
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.
Our Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Stripe. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party service
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
- Your use of third-party services is at your own risk
- We may store authentication tokens securely to facilitate integrations
- You grant us permission to act on your behalf with these third-party services
You are responsible for managing your third-party service accounts and ensuring you have appropriate permissions and quotas.
5.1 Plans
We offer Free and Pro subscription plans. The Free plan includes limited features and project limits. The Pro plan includes additional features and higher limits.
5.2 Payment
For Pro plans, you agree to pay the subscription fees as specified on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5.3 Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
- Create projects for illegal purposes or to harm others
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse system resources
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action, including terminating your account.
7.1 Our Rights
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rapid Builder and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Rights
Projects created through our Service are owned by you. You retain all rights to the code, configurations, and content generated through the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to access and process your projects solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7.3 Templates
Templates provided by Rapid Builder may be subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the license terms of any template you use.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Unforeseen technical issues
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPID BUILDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapid Builder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right
- Content you create or transmit through the Service
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We will delete your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription
- All projects and data associated with your account may be deleted
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rapid Builder operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
